Individual Reiki Sessions
Usui and Karuna Reiki techniques are specially tailored for each session to provide a deeply relaxing, healing and centering experience. Regularly reported results include feeling uplifted and energetic, looking and feeling younger, and clarity of thought. Reiki sessions last about 1 1/2 hours, are fully clothed and include a consultation. Sessions are scheduled by appointment. Distance sessions are also available. Contact Amy at amy@reikistar.com.

You will learn what Reiki is, the history of modern Reiki, hand positions for treating self and others, the original Reiki ideals. You'll learn the power symbol, mental/emotional and distance healing symbol and how to use them. A 150 page manual and a Reiki I & II certificate will be issued. Your guides on this journey are Amy Patterson and Ana Noyce. Both are Usui Master Teacher & Karuna Reiki® Master registered through the International Center for Reiki Training.
